    I just had contract exchanged on my first interstate IP. Whilst it is still in cooling off, I thought I would start doing some research on competent Property Managers in that area.

    It would be great if there are anyone who have used, and can recommend a good PM around Preston (Melbourne) area. It would be most appreciated. Thank you!
