    Hi Everyone,

    Im seeing if anyone knows of a good, proactive property manager on the central coast (the entrance and surrounding). I had a brilliant one, who’s now decided to leave the industry and I’m stuck with a fairly ‘average’ one.

    Is anyone aware of a good agent, who’s proactive and able to keep abreast of lease exorcise etc?

    I use Ray White Point Clare. They're ok - got a young PM who's left but the current one seem switched on. Hard to gauge properly as I haven't had any major issues with the tenant - they tend to get along. Fee is 6.6% including GST.
