    sorry @NewGuy88 Blacktown is too far for me (St George, South West and Inner West). @Meristone I think Blacktown is too far for you also, right?

    As others have mentioned Tracy Hartwell. She manages one of mine in blacktown and has done since 2010. very professional and proactive.

    That's a third for Tracy (and Kerrie). Done ours for years. We had a sewer blocked by those toilet wipes, and lo and behold their lease contained restrictions on their use, and the tenant paid for the plumber. That's forethought.
