    Hi all

Can anyone recommend me a good Property Manager who services Yagoona area near Bankstown?

I had trust issue with LJH Chester Hill who I am currently using.

    Thanks

I not sure who the PM is now, woman I dealt with moved on a while ago, just go in there and talk to them and see if you get the answers you want.

Well, I sent an Email enquiry, but their Email response is quite brief, lacking details and slow. Is this an accurate indication to avoid them? How do you usually tell if a PM is good or not prior to engaging their service?

Like I said, I do not know staff or how they operate now.

My main concerns with a PM are this.....

They screen tenants properly and not just take anyone
They collect rent and pay on time and do not muck around in this regard
They look after the property and do not bug me when a tenant is just trying it on or having a whinge etc, only want to know about real issues

As secondary and low on list of concern would be fast email response, unless it is a time sensitive thing of course.

I also find if staff are moving a lot, and things are not done and followed up, then that is an indicator.

How do you tell ? Well pretty hard till your in there really.

Call them up, call up Nick too if he says he does the area, he is a good bloke to chat with, however you ultimately make the choice.
