Property manager - Toowoomba - Who do you use?

Hi all,

Just chasing feedback on PM's for Toowoomba; looking at changing over as we're not currently happy with who we're with.

Any help or information would be appreciated.

We've used the same Toowoomba agent for 2 years - Colliers
Good communication, good tenant managers, proactive.

How are you finding the Toowoomba market right now in terms of market movement and rental demand?

I've long term tenants, so probably a little out of the loop - but speaking to PM's over the last couple of days, all appear positive although the demand has eased off a little in the resi market.
Still vacancy rates of around the 2% mark atm (according to one PM) but may grow in the next few months as a lot of new unit/townhouse stock enters the market.

My current property managers are fairly incompetent most of the time. From not actually doing what I've asked to sending me automated reports that have zero useful information in them...ready for a change!
