property manager referrals needed QLD

    Hi Guys,

    I'm in a bind, i have had a brilliant PM who has shut up shop in QLD and managed 4 of my properties there.

    I have found another property manager (referred by someone else) to take on my properties and they have been highly disappointing, they don't follow up phone calls, answer emails, or know anything about whats going on at all with my properties, One property has been vacant nearly 3 weeks now without any motivation by them to fill the property.

    Any advise on someone who can take on properties in Labrador, Mount Warren Park and Coombabah.

    Love the username ;)

    I’m not sure if that’s @Tom Rivera territory or not - but he’d be my vote. I’ve spoken to him on a number of occasions and he definitely knows his stuff, plus have some mutual clients who all seem to be happy!

    Thanks Samantha, I Called Tom this afternoon and had a brilliant chat, he knows his stuff. I'm signing the form 6's for him tonight.
