Property Manager recommendations - Zillmere/Brisbane North

    Can anyone recommend a reliable Property Manager in the Brisbane North area (Zillmere)?

    I had a decent one but the owner retired and sold the agency rent roll to one of the big name agencies and in the last 12 months I've had no idea what's going on with the property, am not notified when there's an inspection or regarding leases (as per my contract)...and when I try and make contact to query this I get no replies unless I front up in office (even when I contact the Principal). Lease is up now and hasn't been renewed by them either so I need to get something better in place ASAP.

    Highly recommend @Michael Mitchell if he's still taking properties.

    He manages my property in Zillmere.
