Property Manager recommendations - South Melbourne to Elwood

    Hi,

    I’m looking to get recommendations for a property manager for a residential unit.

    I’ve been quoted 7.7% (inc GST) which I think is extremely high, my other property in the inner west in Melbourne is at 5.5% + GST.

    Is 7.7% the norm for this area or are these jokers taking the mickey?

    7.7% is fairly standard but you can easily pay more. 5% is dirt cheap and often you'll get what you pay for.
