    Hi all, I had a quick search and couldn't find anything newer than 2016 so I'm wondering if anyone has a particularly good recommendation for a manager in the Northcote/Fairfield/Thornbury area. Particularly someone who is going to make sure the property is looked after and put in the effort to retain good tenants; this is more important than just getting the lowest cost mgr. Cheers in advance

    No. I've since changed property managers to Biggin Scott in Elwood, so far so good.
