    I am looking for a property manager in QLD - Logan area and wandering if anyone has any recommendations or tips in finding the best PM.

    Talk to @Andrew Hancock if you want someone who invests themselves and is not the norm when it comes to PMs

    When it comes to Property Management, go with a company that specialises in just Property Management otherwise PM comes second to sales.

    Look for a PM that is also an investor, they will have a better understanding of what you are looking for and better able to help you achieve the desired results.

    When looking at Management fees, ask what is included and if there are any other ongoing fees for things such as inspections, disbursement, monthly account fees. I have at times looked at my oppositions fees and their PM fees are the same, however they also several other add on fees (which we don't charge), when taken into account the PM fees can be over 10%

    My manager is lacking lately and tenants are vacating shortly, can I bump this and ask who is currently getting first hand, good property management service in the Logan area?
    I would like to start the new lease with a new manager.
    Always like to use people from PC where suitable.

    Still waiting and watching New Way's performance since Daniella took over. Had one unauthorised maintenance cost, but that was something that I would have approved anyway and it was also a misunderstanding due to the change over. Apart from that no issues reported, rent comes in on time, water bill paid, so can't complain.
    They are also expanding to selling properties now. Don't know how that's going to affect the PM side of things.
