Property Manager Recommendations - IPSWICH

Hi All,

Wanting to know if anyone can recommend a PM for our new IP in the Ipswich (Eastern Heights) area.

I'd probably check with @See Change , he owns in the area and chooses his professionals wisely.

 

At the moment the jury is still out on the pm that we're using . Several minor stuff up's ( payment for things taken out of rent when we'd paid already paid etc ) - always corrected when we point it out , and lack of feedback / advice during a longer vacancy , but that's often the case with pm's in these type of area . They can have good systems in place , present well , but then they have might have staff rotations and relatively inexperienced staff carrying the work out .

Happy with Sarah at First national in Goodna .
