Property manager recommendations for Mount Waverley

    Hi,

    Can anyone please recommend a reliable property manager that cover Mount Waverley area? Just bought my first IP there, but I would be overseas in the following years most of the time so it's very important to find a trustworthy property manager.

    If indicative rates are also available, that would be great.

    Definitely @Lil Skater !

    We both manage properties for clients (those who own in Vic and Qld) and they have nothing but good things to say about her service levels and knowledge of Victorian legislation. In my dealings with her I've also always been very impressed and know that her focus is on customer service and not making the common mistakes that PMs make.
