Property manager recommendations for Atlanta

Dear all,

Long time reader and fan of the forum, but only posting for the first time today.

We invested in a few Atlanta properties over the past few years, and overall have been quite happy with how things are going.

However in the last year, we have noticed that our current property management company just isn't performing at a satisfactory level any more. We provided feedback, but this does not appear to have made any difference. Hence, it looks like a change in property managers is on the cards for us.

We were therefore wondering if anyone can recommend some property managers for Atlanta, especially ones you've used before or are currently using?

Yes, Atlanta USA.
The areas are Lithonia and Conyers; and mainly single family homes / townhouses.
