    Hi all, looking to change managers, for a house in Duncraig WA. Think my current ones are not performing. Been vacant for 3 months now, no applications.

    Can anyone give some recommendations?

    I use Paddington Realty for my investment property over there. Despite the high vacancy rate going on in Perth at the moment, they were able to find me a tenant quickly due to being very proactive.
