    Hey guys,

Looking for a new property manager for my mount druitt rental.

Any recommendations for a great property manager in the area?

    Cheers
    Scott

    Yeah I'd try peachey.

It's got a nice sound to it.

I'm reluctant to recommend my PMs. And I'm too scared to change PMs. I don't think my tenants have the mental capacity to realise there's been a change in PM.

HAHAHA! I love that you would tell someone to give me a try because of the name of my business, sounds like something I would do

I'm pretty good at explaining to new tenants that I require their rent and not the old agent, after all i want my commission;)

If cabin fever from corona is making you stir crazy just smoke those tyres up! In the driveway if you have to!

Speaking of the Druitt. Sash has disappeared off the planet by the looks of things lol Wonder if he'll resurrect?

I charge 5.5% or 7.7% on a tiered system however you can find agencies of all types from 3% - 8%

Another vote for @Hayley Cannon but I feel like I didn’t need to ;)

Never thought I’d say this after being gone for the last 10+ years, but I’d really love to get back out Mt Druitt way and well and truly out of my house here..

Yep! She was a handful, that one, but I'd love to have her back.....just not Mt Druitt anymore. :)

Hayley's great! She's only a small agency, which I like. Many of the larger ones have too many properties & things get missed. Give her a go!

Well, technically it was Lethbridge Park. Does that make it a little better? Ignore the joint postcode...

But I’m officially a Melbournian and have been for a long time. I enjoy spending too much money on brunch and coffee.

Not a chance at the moment, $1,600 fine for non-essential travel. According to the government you are non-essential :p

Annnd now I’ll stop hijacking the thread. Moral of the story, Hayley is fab.
