Property Manager recommendation - Mango Hill/North Lakes QLD

I would be most pleased for any recommendations or 'alerts' for property managers in and around Mango Hill. I have received information packs from a handful on their services and fees but direct feedback from others using property managers in the area would be most helpful.

We are definitely a local PM in that area as we have a property manager based ten minutes from there and manage quite a number of properties in Mango Hill, North Lakes, Rothwell, Kallangur, Murrumba Downs, Kippa Ring and Redcliffe, including my own! We know the area intricately including buying assistance in a number of ways for investors looking to purchase in that area.

I'm very happy with Ray White Deception Bay. They look after both of my properties in the Moreton Bay Area. They have a big team and are careful when selecting tenants. They keep on top of rent arrears too.

 

That is the family business, right ? English or close by heritage ?

My 3/2/2 duplex is vacant there for last 3 weeks now. I might be looking for a new PM too.

 

I use Realway at Redcliffe and they are excellent.

 

Thanks to all for input - we made decision to go with Century 21 in North Lakes.

 

You certainly have lots of options! We also service these areas - have been a tad quiet online over the past two months looking after new clientele purchasing in these areas - we sourced great tenants!
