Property manager recommendation： central coast

    G'day

    As we all know, selecting a good property manager is like "you'll never know until you tried..." I would like to ask our fellow PCs who do you use for your properties up at the central coast (gosford and surrounds)?

    Please provide feedbacks on how well theyve managed your property.

    Or even! How bad such and such are ...

    We are just in the middle of asking some Gosford PMs to respond to an interview containing 19 x questions that we have developed and refined over the years. I'll come back here in a few days with some recommendations.

    Did a quick search for recommended PMs in Central Coast and came up with this thread. @Propertunity how did you go with the above?
    I'm currently quite unsatisfied with the lack of communication from Raine & Horne -Charmhaven and looking to switch.

    Might get Lyn to look after my stuff there. Haven't been too happy with my current manager at George Brand, gone through a few PMs there recently due to staff turn over.

    Anyone used The Renting Experts or have any other recommendations?
