Property Manager Recommendation - Budgewoi

    Hi all,

    Just wondering if someone can recommend a property manager in Budgewoi area on the New South Wales, Central Coast.

    My 70 year old Mum has finally agreed to put her "investment property" thru an agent, after years of poorly managing it herself. (ie $200 under market rent for years, to some guy with no job & who lives in it fully furnished & demands new fridges etc)

    The property is her 2nd husband's home, the shed is full of his car bits & pieces & boat that he doesn't want to clear out.
    So she needs an agent that can find a tenant who is respectful of his things.

    Thanks in advance for any recommendations, I suspect this fella living in the home will be difficult to move on & I am hoping to find them an agent who can assist them, as they have no idea!!
