    Hey guys,

    Does anybody know of a decent property manager in the Moorooka area? I'm currently with a big REA but they don't seem to really care about what i need. I'm looking for an agent that will constantly give feedback on what i could do to increase value, get more rent and maybe have a different client pool for tenants.

    We are still doing our research at the moment. We will definately be giving our current agent the heave-ho around Christmas time. Hopefully with a new agent/manager comes a different client pool. It seems the tenants that the 'big agents' put in are pretty woeful. We have reccomended a couple and will follow them up over the next week.
