    Can anyone recommend a property manager for Gungahlin area?

    And does anyone know a good concreter in Canberra by any chance?

    I have changed to DistinctPM. I had a friend doing it through a major, but when he left it went downhill. After some bad service I am now with Distinct. I still have to make sure they are on the same page, but they are better than others I have had.
