I'm about to buy an investment property in Frankston. I don't live there so would like to know if anyone has used one there and how did it go?

    Cheers

I worked my way around a lot of the Managers in Frankston and found a large percentage not that interested in my small portfolio.( Took my money,,,,,though!)Eventually I found a small family owned agency in a suburb nearby which lived up to all m expectations. PM me if you are interested

If lil skater operates out that way you'll be in good hands. Plenty of happy clients on this forum

    Cheers

Hi ,I am looking for a pm in that area too to compare to what's I am getting.
I am new to IP and my current pm didn't send me the lease agreement yet though it's nearly 5 months gone.
Now they emailed me that tenants wants to move out after 6 months as the agreement had 6 months break clause & wanting to readvertise. They made 6 months clause because there was a pet dog with that family. Apparently tenants bought a property.
It's 3 bed unit and they charge 1.65% letting fee+ advertisement costs for initial let. Management fee 6.6% though.
    Thanks
