    Hi All!

    I'm looking for an effective property manager for an investment property in Albury/Wodonga. Someone who's firm but fair and has a track record in managing steady rent rises whilst keeping the tenants happy.

    Any recommendations?

    Elders Real Estate Wodonga have been excellent. We have used them for the last 8 years and have been very happy with their management.

    where are your albury properties? central, east, west, north, south? pries have moved up a little since i looked at them in 2015...
