    Does anybody have a rental property in the Albion Park / Lake Illawarra area (near Wollongong) and can recommend a good property manager down that way ?

    Try either Ray White Warilla or Harrods Real Estate Warilla. Both are working well for me.

    Thanks Chittiblue and Sash for your replies. I'm leaning towards selling at the moment but if I do re-let I'll investigate your recommendations.
    In the meantime I'm putting up a new post re' terminating the current management agreement.
