Property manager for Slacks Creek

As the title says, does anyone have any recommendations?

Our current PM reported repairs the tenants wanted done, I said get me some quotes.. they said it'll be after Xmas.

I've heard nothing and it should have been done by now. I don't see why I should be paying someone I have to micro manage to get anything done.

I feel bad for the tenant as she pays her rent on time and I would like to make the place as comfortable as possible for her.

So please let me know if you have any reliable PMs that don't have to ge micromanaged... Or any PMs willing to manage the property please contact me and send a form, I will sign it and send it back tomorrow.

 

Pretty hard to go past @Andrew Hancock in that neck of the woods.
