Property manager - Cessnock

Does anybody with a property in Cessnock have a property manager they could recommend?

Sorry - did see the tagging a while back, but we've been flat out prepping and planting garlic.

I use Jurds Real Estate and have been pretty happy with them. They do all that I expect of a management and don't overcharge. Don't know any of the others.

 

We use LJ Hooker. Pretty good, just have a tendency to tell us the rent needs to be lower every time we come to a renewal. I do my own research and generally suggest a higher rent, but who knows if we'd get a tenant quicker if we went with their assessment. They're saying $290 is the going rate for a three bedroom house (old weatherboard but tidy) at the moment. We were getting $305 for the past year. They're good at maintenance, quick at passing on requests from the tenant. Found good quality tenants so far (we've had the property since 2011). No complaints.
