Property management recommendations for north Brisbane

    Looking for recommendations on a new property manager for middle ring north Brisbane suburbs.
    My first property manager went insolvent
    The latest one doesn’t want to communicate so time to vote with my feet if someone can provide some personal feedback on who they use and who is any good.

    There's a few good ones around, just check their profiles for contact details etc.

    @Tom Rivera has a good rep, not sure if he's on the north side though I think he's more south

    For my own properties on the Northside and for properties I purchase for others , I use Harcourts Solutions. They have 4 or 5 offices on the North side. Their systems and procedures are best in class (IMO) and this translates into results.

    Experience, right attitude, and all the clients I've referred to him in the last couple of years have been very happy with Black Picket Fence.
