    Not entirely happy with our onsite manager in Upper Coomera. Can anyone recommend any property managers in the area?

    There must be some great local agents...I do recall seeing a boutique agency at Hope Island

    I worked for a boutique agency in Hope Island with a rent roll of only 30 properties. I would recommend using a boutique agency over a big company like ray white - they have no idea whats going on in their properties.
