    I think Perth has more inspections? First one at 6 weeks and then every 3mths. Yes they can be changed but this is the default. However as most PMs charge for inspections it's not really a reason why the percentage is higher.

    I would also like to hear more about what you mean by this. From what I've seen so far, there is no more or less legislation and the processes and management is identical.

    Hi All
    My daughter has to rent out her house and has been given the following schedule of fees with 2 options. I know she can delete the end of year financial statement. Can anyone who’s good with figures be able to tell which would be the best option. I’ve included the list of inclusions. She is going to get another quote from someone else but thought I’d check for this one.

    One of ours is $88 per inspection (3x1) and $7.50per month “admin”.

    I one quote recently

    Mgt fee 7.7% (inc GST)
    Letting few 2.2weeks rent
    Property condition report $220
    Routine inspections $77
    Monthly fee $11
    Lease renewals $77
    Plus some other extras

    All of which I consider to be highly outrageous

    Well to be fair, these two charges seem reasonable.

    +1 for outrage on the rest though.
