    correct, there was some sporadic payments going on. Landlord was also overseas so was not as "on the ball" as James is :).

    Here's my rant as a LL.
    Been with this property management office for about 10 years and its gone through 3 brand names. Needless to say, I have been through about a dozen PMs.
    Latest experience is when they didn't do Property Inspections for about 1 yr and when I asked them about it...guess what...they avoid the question.
    This resulted in rental arrears which I had to chase up with them multiple times when I checked my statements and which subsequently results in some action. Worst thing that happened to me was because of a lack of attention for my property, one was damaged by the tenant and I incurred out of pocket losses. In addition, I found out that the property had people living in it that were not on the lease. Many PM offices nowadays are just out for your money and not giving you the services that is stipulated in the code of conduct.
