    I am looking for a good property manager in Strathpine/Petrie area. Do you have any experience with property managers in that area? Just wondering if you have any recommendation?

    Hi Sam

    There are a few PMs on this Forum...do you prefer a large chain agency or a boutique agency ?

    I recommend to send a private message or email asking questions that are important for you e.g. how many properties does each PM manage ? What services are offered in the fees etc. See who responds, assess who you connect with in terms of communication style etc..the relationship with a PM is important as she/ he is a part of your team and the relationship is long term term.
