    Hi,

    I am new to this forum. I own a house in Canberra North (Gungahlin) that I would like to rent.

    Would you have any recommendations for a good property manager? I have heard few stories with bad experiences and I would prefer to avoid inefficient property managers.

    I have been very happy with Century 21 Canberra City, i have 2 IPs in Braddon. Small office just a few staff but service has been great.
