    Anyone have any reccomendations for property managers in Canberra? Specifically Gungahlin region?

    Also, anyone want to share what the management fees are, that their pm, or other agents, are charging? I notice none of the agents advertise these fees anymore, no doubt to try avoid comparisions.

    Will do my own ring around at some point, just hoping o see what other here are paying first.
