    Ok, it makes me feel better to know that more people have experienced the same sort of thing. I will speak with the Head of Property Manager's tomorrow and try and sort something out. Hopefully she'll have some answers for me. I kind of feel sorry for her too.. she's just walked into the job herself in the last couple of weeks. I definitely wouldn't want to be a property manager!

    Average time in the industry is something stupid like 9 months.

    I worked in an office where someone literally started and left within the week, just didn't show up. Another BDM was let go after about 3 weeks - because they hadn't gotten enough listings (in 3 weeks!!).

    Hopefully all works out well with the new PM and they stick around for a while :)

    If the company has high staff turnover then it will most likely mean it isn't the best place to work.

    This is usually due to an unbalanced work load, not remunerated sufficiently and poor management or company culture.
