Property Leads selling business

    Hi Guys,
    Due to some luck and testing, I have been able to generate some leads who are interested in buying properties. The buyers are first time buyers or property investors. I also have data of agents and developers who might be interested in buying this data. I just want to know this could work out as a side hustle or any suggestion. What could be the cost of a lead?
