    Hi all,

    I started in property investment about 5 years ago and although I have property managers managing my properties I like to keep my own records of whats going on.

    Are any of you aware of a software/spreadsheet to track this? things like repairs, water, rates.. and information about capital growth, yield and others.
    Probably something that can be done in Excel but I was hoping that someone have done something like this already
