Property Investment savvy accountants - Sydney

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone knew a property investment savvy accountant in Sydney, preferebally CBD area or close enough. Someone/company that is easy to work with lots of experience in the industry. I am not looking for a cheap option but someone that I can use for years to come.

I am tired of swapping accountants.

You really only need to meet once (and is worthwhile) so they can understand your circumstances and plans. You can then just correspond electronically.

I have been using Steve Vlahos from Vlahos group for years. They are located in Pyrmont, right next to Sydney CBD. Steve works with many property investors and I can't recommend him enough for either tax advice or accounting. He is also very experienced with trust and/or company set-ups.

Thanks Wombat appreciate your recommendation. He seems like the right person however I do prefer someone close so I can see him whenever i need to.
