It's always a good time to buy...

because sometimes it is not a good time to buy.

I prefer: "there are deals to be found in any market"

Not so much property but in relation to investing and 'success' in general:

    'self-made'

'ignore your reservations' (which are merely negative thoughts that hold you back)

    'follow your instinct'

    'just do it'

Do anything? Jump off a cliff? Sign for an overpriced OTP dogbox?

I love just do it. It implies that you've already thoroughly thought it through and now there's just one thing left - do it.

    On a house advertisement:
"Suit first home buyer or investor".
So it's no good for someone who has bought before?

    What's wrong with it?
(Aside from it being a little over used lately)

I'm not sure if it's because it reminds me of Geriatric or because it is not only overused, it's the way it's used:

"the rapid gentrification of inner Sydney means the loss of its je ne sais quoi"

"Today, drive around inner Sydney and its easy to notice the changes to Alexandria/Green Square and Harold Park, the change could be argued as urban renewal and not true gentrification"

It's one of those words that (some) people latch onto and use in an effort to sound more intelligent.

Any word ending in '...ation' is going to be pretty loaded. Funny examples :p

    "Centrelink pays my mortgage"

"The single largest 'employer' in my area is the government"

"They never miss a payment with Centrepay"

    Leaners, leaning upon the leaners.

    Hehe.
You can write anything in an ad - as long as you add that.

It means it's not an area anyone would actually want to live in ;)
