    Thanks for sharing. I read his book From 0 to 130 properties in 3.5 years and find some things he did were quite unique. Especially the way he financed his properties. I am wondering in current lending environment whether we are still able to get huge borrowing capacity using the trust structure he mentioned.

    I think that approaches to investing have changed quite a bit since the early books; adapting to the opportunities available at the time.
