    Hi all,

    Can someone recommend a great inspector to go through our house with us this week? I need someone to notice the not-obvious stuff :)

    Any first hand recco's would be very much appreciated!

    Hi Jess! We have used Arrowpoint Inspections previously - the guy who owns it (and does the inspections) used to be a builder himself, and he and his wife are lovely to deal with. Definitely worth contacting :)

    I used Perlustro, met with him last week to do the practical completion report on my granny flat, he was recommended to me and I was happy with his service, fast, comprehensive report.

    I used Jason from Resicert for the same thing a few weeks ago. Very professional. Moved a few things around so he could get there at the day and time that suited me.

    Report was 30+ pages so comprehensive and thorough

    Theres a minimum price and then slowly increase on sqm of house.

    +1 for Resicert, Jason did a building inspection for me earlier in the year too. $550 for building inspection and then someone else from Resicert came out and did a pest inspection for an extra $227. Very happy with their work.
