Property inspection

    Hi all,

    I am based in Sydney, Currently looking to purchase in Adelaide and have got a few suburbs in mind. I was wondering if it is still possible to get someone (third party) to do an inspection on my behalf and get some sort of written report of opinion on the property. Willing to pay them for the service.

    i have done my research but its always not a bad thing to get opinion on those who know the area more. This can include stuff like property location, possible rental yield and data around the area.

    Sounds like you are after some services from a Buyers agent. Maybe give a call to a couple to see how they could help you

    A tangent question. Why Adelaide and not Perth? I am looking at Adelaide as well but seeing many posts from this forum that Perth will have a better growth than Adelaide.
