Hi guys looking for the best property inspection app on the market. Want something that I can do PIC reports as well as maybe rental ledger? Happy to pay per month as I self manage all our properties and save quite a bit by doing it this way. Thoughts?
If you have an iphone, take a look at Inspection Manager. It uses the photos taken from the phone and syncs them to a web based portal (accessible from PC or anywhere with internet) and creates a report using them. It also allows you to add all the descriptions you like using short hand. Eg "Wall near bed: clean, intact, no damage, no marks" in about 3 characters. I have an Android myself, for which the app is still in beta phase.
