    Property has been trashed in Scarborough. Piping from outside the house stolen to windows smashed. What is the best way of sorting this out, finding a renovation team?

    I am a bit time poor as I will be starting uni next week.

    Police report and calling insurance company if you haven't already

    Scarborough in Perth? If it's an insurance claim then you'll need to follow their process and they will assess and may have their own trades who will do the work.

    If you don't have insurance then it will depend on the level of damage as to if a renovation company would handle it or just a glazier (windows) and plumber (piping)

    Sounds like it wasn't insured - I'd use a maintenance company myself. Pretty good labour rates.
