Property in court location

    just a quick question do properties in quiet court location with triangular big block make good investment. Thanks a lot

    Depends on what the plans are for the property.

    Its unlikely you'll be able to develop due to the shape of the block.

    But having a quiet street is likely going to appeal to renters.

    From a personal standpoint most people like a quiet court - I live at the end of a culdesac and it's very appealing not having a million cars go past your house a day.

    I wouldn't pay a premium or focus on this as a factor however - just as a nice extra if comparing against two otherwise identical properties.

    Lot size is just one of the considerations - does the LEP require a specific width of street frontage?
