    New to forum but 40 years in Property. My interest has been investing from the moment I purchased my first PPOR. I have developed around 20 properties historically and operated as a new homes consultant for over 10 years them left to property develop on my own. I have only been interested in new properties and invested on the fringe development areas of capital cities. I now currently own 3 properties freehold.
    I'm glad to meet you on this forum and interested on how you view your interest in property ownership.
