    Hi All,

    I am planning to organise a gathering of members. The aim to exchange experience and networking.
    Guest Speaker would be
    1. Valuer and commercial property expert - currently doing development projects in Toorak, mixed use site development and working with Asian developers

    2. Financial expert (loans $5M +), will be discussing about advance loan structures, construction loans etc.

    It would be a forum stage. Suggestions are welcome.

    Venue would be at Oakleigh ( Friday / Sat night ).
    Cost : TBC depending on how many visitors.
