Nil payments to either DT or DaveM - and do not receive payments from any parties to send clients to any professionals. I prefer to work with professionals who do a good work for clients, than those who pay money for business.

There's a legal requirement for any services generated to note any payments to other parties, so financial services is thankfully a lot more transparent compared to many other industries.

 

The only bonus I get is settlements that go smoothly and clients that are happy as they have a competent team on their side, vs people just interested in lining their own pockets.

I am friends with Corey, but was a client first before the friendship, not the other way around.

 

I would like to see more transparency in referrals...that all.

Not specific to you but as Sasha Adelaide points out...some people are referring each other with no outright declaration of conflicts of interest that's all. So I'll take your word for it...one's word is what one's reputation is built on.

I any case you have clarified your position...its clear you have no connections to Precision Finance. I'll take you on your word...

 

Seeing as there is a bit of uncertainty from a few as to the integrity of several well known members on this forum I'd like to give an quick account of my experiences with them.

I have had business dealings with all 3 of @Corey Batt, @D.T. & @DaveM. Corey I have dealt with extensively for a while in business related matters. I have never met a more professional individual in my 15 years in business & retail services.

I worked with DT some time last year regarding some business in Adelaide and he was more than generous with his time. He went out of his way for me personally with nothing to gain at all. He genuinely did his best to help me with some issues I had at the time and helped me find a solution. I do not doubt his integrity and generosity for a second.

DaveM I also currently do business with. I use several of his companies to run my business. He was very striaght forward about how he could help me and was very transparent about costs of his services and did not attempt to hide fees etc. I have also referred clients to his companies because I trust his professionalism and business ethics and have never heard anything negative thus far.

I do not receive nor pay any referral fees to any of the above people or their businesses. My comments above are based on my experience in dealing with them with business matters.
