    There are many property gurus out there who periodically provide forecasts on suburbs around the nation they expect would show promising growth. Whose reports have you found to be credible?

    I doubt any of the 'experts' predicted the growth that most areas experienced in the last 18 months.

    It is easy for people to make these predictions because there is no way to hold them accountable.
