    Hi all,

    just wanting to know how best to learn about development, and in particular if a formal property development course is worthwhile? (Historically I’ve only bought and held apartments).

    I know that they could be a material cost. But the cost of error is also material. And I think such a course would be enjoyable

    I’d really appreciate perspectives of the community
