Property development consultant/project manager?

    Hi all,

    I'm searching for a few development projects at present. I have a really good development consultant in Perth, but looking for any contacts in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane that could help.

    I'm time poor but have cash and borrowing power (+ have some partners with the same) and need someone who can find sites, run feasibilities and project manage developments on my behalf. Preferred price range is $700-800k buy in price (as I would do multiple of them by myself) but can play in the $1-2m price range if I involve partners (prefer not to, but recognise there will be more opportunities higher up the price curve).

    Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    @MattMc is the project manager who has overseen our whole project and kept me out of the asylum which I’d most definitely be in had I tried to DIY. :D

    Hello! Were there any Sydney PM reccomendations?

    Also, in general, how do PM charge for their services? Can I bring one in, say, half way through the build process?
