    Is there a free website or paid subscription that provides information about the demand and supply of real estate for all regions within Australia? I tried to look at ABS, but it is very hard to navigate through the site. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

    How do you define demand? People looking? How many bidders? How many missed out?
    What is supply? How many are for sale? How many people want to sell?

    The problem is that if the definitions are fuzzy, it's hard to see how it helps you with decision making.
